What is SCVCF?

The Shelby County Veterans’ Court Foundation was established in 2017 to support the Shelby County Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) in providing services to veterans in need of treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. We help secure financial resources for the VTC, so veterans can receive the medical and mental health treatments they need.

We are dedicated to improving the lives of veterans and their families in Shelby County, Tennessee. We are committed to helping veterans find the encouraging environment they need to be successful and productive members of our community.

What do we do?

Supporting Veterans in their Recovery

We strive to provide veterans and their families with the resources they need to lead successful lives. Along with the Shelby County VTC under Judge William “Bill” Anderson Jr., we can help veterans connect to the resources they need to heal, rebuild lives, and reduce recidivism.

Mobilizing Volunteers & Organize Fundraising

We host several events throughout the year such as our Poker Run, BBQ Fest, Golf Tournament, and our graduates Thanksgiving. With the help of our fantastic volunteers, we are able to make a real difference in the lives of veterans and their families. Contact us on how you can help support our local heroes.

Sustaining Partnerships on behalf of the VTC

We partner with businesses and other organizations on behalf of the Shelby County Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) to connect Veterans' Court participants and graduates with the resources they need to heal, rebuild lives, and reduce recidivism. Please contact us for more details.

Collecting Monetary Donations

Through our 501(c)(3) non-profit status, we are able to collect donations that are then prioritized and distributed to the VTC and support services. We are proud to have a variety of donors who have generously contributed to our mission. Make a donation directly to our Foundation here. Our donation page is securely powered by Square.
